For Jakob Burkhardt of JBxCreative, becoming one of the top content creators in the world wasn’t easy, but he credits his success to a combination of big thinking, dreaming, and executing.
Working in such a competitive industry isn’t easy, especially with more and more content creators on the rise. To stand out and keep your viewers wanting more, you have to think outside the box—and think big. Jakob believes that his strong conceptual thinking is what allowed him to travel all over the world shooting videos for brands like the Four Seasons, DJI, and Gymshark. Of course, these jobs are also a testament to Jakob’s prodigious talent and cinematic skills.
Flying from one country to another allowed Jakob to free himself from self-defeating beliefs that weighed him down. He allowed himself to be more ambitious than he could have ever imagined; now, the videos he creates reach millions of users daily. He is disrupting and pioneering content, creating an interesting mix of cinematography and comedy that perhaps no one else is capable of producing.
Jakob’s latest mission has been with Karmagawa, a nonprofit organization that helps raise funds and mass awareness for charities all around the world. Karmagawa’s mission is to save endangered animals and increase global education; they are working towards building over 1,000 schools! Jakob says: “Living a life of passion while truly loving what you do is the best way to enjoy the journey and avoid burnout! Working with purpose is incredibly fulfilling and makes me want to jump out of bed every morning!”
Jakob always dreamed big and thought outside of the box. His creative storytelling and cinematic visual spawns from different inspirations around the world, which he made his own. That’s one of Jakob’s other important skills: execution. We all have great, life-changing ideas, but not all of us can bring them to life. Jakob is one of the few who can follow through on his concepts, and do so perfectly.
With his talent, concepts, and follow-through, it’s no surprise that Jakob Burkhardt is the Next Big Thing.
