Popular online entrepreneur and investor, Kevin Thobias, provides upcoming entrepreneurs and business executives with simple tips for achieving success and managing stress

Kevin Thobias is fast becoming a popular figure in the business environment, particularly in the area of e-commencer. As an online business owner that ventured into e-commerce after serving in the military for 4 years, he has been able to grow his portfolio into 8 figures in a relatively short while. The relatively young yet successful businessman is vastly experienced as a trader, investor, and revolutionary entrepreneur, going ahead to make a difference in the business world by not only achieving success as a businessman but also helping others to achieve their goals.

In a similar vein, Kevin Thobias recently shared some of the tips that have helped him rise to the top as he hopes to help other people avoid burnout even as they pursue success in their respective fields.

Coping Work-related Stress and Avoiding Burnout

When asked how he has been able to manage stress and somewhat avoid burnout in his journey to the top, Kevin gave five simple tips.

  • Enjoy what you do.
  • Work towards a goal. Each time you achieve a goal, create another one.
  • Manage your emotions. Don’t allow yourself to get worked up about something, move past it and keep your eye on the long-term goal.
  • Believe in what you’re trying to achieve.
  • This may seem cliché, but I cannot stress enough the importance of sleep and exercise.

The entrepreneur described the fall in the price of Bitcoin in 2014 as one of the most stressful situations he has dealt with in recent times. However, he was able to overcome the situation, thanks to his knowledge of the potential of BTC. Consequently, he increased his position and kept his faith that it would recover.

Motivation for Success

Kevin likens his motivation to a person taking pre-workout, where the added benefit is there for thirty minutes before it goes away. Consequently, there is a need to sustain oneself with a long-term vision that keeps the individual focused on achieving the set goal. According to Kevin, there is a popular misconception about motivation. “90% of the time, you’re not going to be motivated, but you push through it because you do what needs to get done. You don’t have to love the work that you’re doing, but you do need to love the results,” said Kevin Thobias.
