A new study about Facebook.
A study looking at 1,095 participants, published in Cyberpsychology, Behavior, and Social Networking, suggests that getting off Facebook may improve your mental health.
The study, which probes at the impact of social media on our mental health and wellbeing, looked at two groups: a control group that used Facebook as they normally would, and a group that abstained from Facebook for a week.
