What does your company do?
We are an eCommerce company that prints custom t-shirts and apparel on rush deadlines. Our customers range from small businesses to Fortune 500 companies. We also work with schools, nonprofits, and individuals. Really, anyone who wants custom t-shirts, sweatshirts, hats, sweatpants, jerseys, tank tops for any event is a good fit for us. We use screen printing, digital printing, embroidery, and vinyl to customize the gear.
How have you grown over the past 5 years?
Specifically, I can say learning from the experience of others has helped me tremendously. I joined a business organization called YPO (Young President’s Organization), which is focused on personal and professional growth. It’s been an invaluable way to continue learning from talented entrepreneurs.
What are you doing to keep growing?
We are a company that grows through execution and servicing our customers. Our reorder business increases every single day as we deliver on time with high quality product. That’s the RushOrderTees side of the business.
We’ve been also been able to grow through acquisition. M&A has been an exciting new challenge for us. We’ve recently acquired a leading college custom t-shirt brand by the name of SouthbySea and a blank reseller by the name of TheDealRack.
