This Thanksgiving week, I wish you safe travels, good health, and many blessings!

My birthday was Sunday and I’m so grateful for the outpouring of beautiful, heartfelt birthday wishes! Turning 60 feels good and what I am about to share with you feels like the most perfect gift that I was ready to receive! ?

For the longest time friends and colleagues have advised me to start a Facebook Group and I’ve resisted. About a month ago I felt called to create a 21 Day Gratitude Challenge and it simply made sense to do this in a Facebook Group.

Well… I’ve enjoyed this little group so much, way more than I expected – so have the participants! Every day we are gathering together from all over the world to collectively share what we’re grateful for. It’s very simple, anyone can do it, and lifts us all up!

Just to give you an idea of how simple this is, here are a few posts from the group:

  • I am grateful to be back home in my own bed with my own pillows!
  • Grateful for family
  • Today I am thankful for my fur family and their lesson of unconditional love.

Sounds silly that these statements would matter and make a difference to the entire group, but they do.

As I was sitting with this global gratitude swirling around me, I got to thinking about how I did not want this to end. So I decided to keep it going and change the name of the group to the 365 Days of Gratitude. The new group will be available on December 1st.

Another unexpected, yet pleasant surprise has been several members of the group asking to take things up a notch. This gave me the idea of creating deeper learning around mindfulness designed to be quick and affordable.

The pieces are still coming together, but I invite you to join the first month of “Mindful Living with Stephanie” for the month of December. We will have a small group with a private pop-up Facebook Group and I’ll host 4 live calls to heal and clear the things that have been holding you back. It’s a great way to prep for the new year, the new decade and the Age of Aquarius!

The calls will be held on Thursday evenings at 8:00pm EST. Don’t worry if you can’t make them all – they will be recorded. Each week will have a different theme/focus.

I am so pleased with how this is all coming together without effort or stress and how ironic that it’s all built around Facebook Groups which I was so hesitant to embrace. Hmmm.
