It’s great to have you here. Can you please tell us more about yourself and what you do?

“I’m Monica Callis, a real estate broker and wealth generator. Houston-based aspiring homeowners and individuals who want to build wealth through real estate rely on me to bring their dreams to reality — whether that’s buying the perfect home or investing in property. I am very passionate about my work, and a client will never, even for one second, feel as if I am taking over their decisions. I wholeheartedly respect my clients, and I am always ready to build a strong bond between myself and them.”

She added, “I made rookie of the year my 1st year in real estate for a major brokerage, I was voted. one of the top 20 under 40 rising realtors of Houston in 2019 by Houston Realtor Association.”

What is your service area? What are the benefits of working in this area? What are the amazing features of these areas that people should know before moving here?

“Not only do I reside in the Pearland area, but I also service this area and its surroundings. Pearland is on its way to becoming the next major employment center in the Houston region. Living in Pearland allows you to experience all the city has to offer, including professional sports, world-class cultural amenities, and recreation, without living too far and having a commute of 20 minutes or less. One must-see place in Pearland is the Sri  Meenakshi Temple; the temple was first opened as a place for local residents to perform daily poojas, and it has all the traditional architectural features of a Hindu temple.”

Do you work with a specific type of client or within a specific niche? 

“I deal primarily with individuals and families who are buying or selling residential real estate, but I also work with investors to purchase properties. No client is ever a pass for me; I want to serve everyone who needs assistance in real estate and all types of property investment. I believe that no client should be turned down, especially by a professional realtor.

How is the market performing right now? Is it the right time to acquire your services?

“Right now is the best time to purchase due to the low-interest rate, and it’s definitely a great time to sell to maximize your profits so that you can upgrade or downgrade into your next home because the market is definitely hot.”

Tell us a little about your personal life? Ex: who do you live with? What are your hobbies? Do you have any pets? Etc.

“I love to bowl, read, travel, and spend time with my family. I have fur-babies named Dior and Donato. I also breed French bulldogs. I always find time to do the things that I mostly love. I balance work and life events very well.”

What are some pieces of advice that you would give to potential clients looking to buy, sell or invest in your service area?

“When looking to buy, sell or invest in any area, make sure you get a realtor that is knowledgeable and ready to advocate on your behalf. Be sure to take the emotions out of selling or investing and when purchasing your first home, remember you do not always have to get the biggest, most expensive house in the neighborhood. Instead, get the home and make it your own THIS IS AN INVESTMENT.”
