  • Stay positive throughout Staying positive has become more crucial than ever. Despite the discouraging and demotivating atmosphere around, maintaining a positive outlook is important. It is essential not to stress about every little thing and let go of things that might lead to unnecessary stress. Try not to hold onto negative ideas and thoughts.
