When your work for social media, it may sense impossible to “unplug” and take a take from the online global. Whether you’re a social media manager, influencer, or solo business proprietor, here are some tips which can be helpful for your mental health.

Tip #1: Check your workload regularly. The famous To-Do list has never been more important. Put the activities on paper and try to classify them between urgent and non-urgent; I do it alone or I need someone to do it.

Tip #2: Monitor the screen time and set limits. About 50% of the world’s population uses social media – and the average Internet user spends about 6 hours and 43 minutes online every day. And, as a social media manager, that number can easily be doubled.

Tip #3: Remember to take regular breaks in your work area. Stopping for water, coffee or stretching your legs is recommended.
