Stay as Active as Possible
Since going to the gym is no longer an option at a time like this, it’s important to stay as active as possible while at home. Establish a Sleeping Schedule
It is very easy to mess up your sleeping habits while in quarantine. Many are going to bed at unpredictable and late hours only to wake up minutes before having to start work or waking up well into the afternoon. A bad sleeping schedule can lead to depression, anxiety, and more. This is why it is so important to establish a healthy sleeping schedule. Set a time to go to bed and to wake in order to get at least 7 hours of sleep.
