The importance of a person’s well-being

As a person gets older as they age, they start receiving more responsibilities on their livelihoods. Whether it’s to find a job with a decent amount of income or dieting in order to live a healthy lifestyle, these instances in a lot of ways can be exciting, but stressful at the same time. Mental disorders such as anxiety and depression are concerns that one may have when trying to perform their recommended tasks. Because of these situations, anxiety and depression may very well lead a person to an unhealthy lifestyle to a point where they’re inflicting physical harm on themselves. And although mental issues are concerning, dieting serves as one of the more crucial standpoints of being able to live a healthy lifestyle. In many instances, those who are at a young age tend to be more loosely when it comes to dieting. However, as they grow older and continue feeding off an unhealthy diet, it soon becomes an addiction and grows harder to adapt into a much more healthier diet. Addictions like this often leads to one’s body breaking down, in contrast to the body being able to function longer when in-taking a healthy diet.

Healthy dieting and medication

As it’s been covered by this memo on how healthy dieting is recommended in order to live for a long-period of time, healthy dieting also includes what certain drugs a person may be in-taking without knowing the consequences. Drug and alcohol abuse is one of the most well-known harmful abuses that a person can inflict on oneself. In many instances, taking serious drugs for the most part are either based off of personal choice or the notion of recommendation in regards of reason. Even considering taking drugs recommended by a doctor, drug abuse by overdosing one’s in-take could lead to serious complications such as death. One must always be cautious at all times when deciding to take whatever medicine that’s being recommended for treatment. Being cautious doesn’t conclude that medical drugs is unhealthy, however it’s highly important research whatever drug a person decides to take while carefully measuring the right amount that’s acceptable. When it comes to dieting and what types of foods and drinks to be feeding off of a variety of foods, such as getting the right amount of all the nutritious values such as protein and fiber can help a person’s well-being by living a lot longer. Staying hydrated with water will also contribute greatly in regards of improving a person’s well-being. It’s also recommended that a person should always drink a certain amount of pure water everyday in order to be healthier. Drinking too much soda can have serious complications when being in-taken too much.

Personal hygiene

As dieting and medication has been brought up on how they affect one’s health, maintaining a well personal hygiene will contribute to one’s well-being as well. Personal hygiene that include showering or wearing appropriate clothes can improve one’s self-esteem, thus could minimize such mental issues like anxiety or depression. The most appealing aspect about creating an appearance to look good is that it’s based off of a person reference. A person can have hair tangles if they want and still be a motivation for oneself. With all being mentioned, feeling good about one’s self will motive person to become more active. And as for being more active in one’s life, interest in personal hygiene counts as a major hobby. To conclude this memo, there are countless ways for a person to improve their well-being. Whether it’s in-taking a healthy diet or excising, there’s numerous options for to feel good and to live longer.
