Tess Hau, Entrepreneur, Venture Capitalist, Blockchain Leader, and Founder of Tess Ventures launched and sold her first venture in college, and has never looked back! Today, she is a venture capital investor, entrepreneur, and blockchain and cryptocurrency leader, and international “mentor capitalist,” advising and connecting innovators in Silicon Valley with investors and collaborators globally.


Fabiola Hesslein

Fabiola Hesslein, Entrepreneur, Entertainment Producer, Inspirational Speaker, and CEO of Tryon Entertainment was also a professional dancer and performer. Her ultimate vision is to help raise the world’s consciousness and make a huge difference through the power of art, music, and entertainment.  She is an active supporter of nonprofit organizations including Women in Need, Food Bank New York City, Holy Apostles Soup Kitchen, and Save the Children.

Angela Ficken

Psychotherapist, Entrepreneur, and Mentor, Angela Ficken is the Founder of the ProgressWellness.com brand and the creator of the Breaking Every Day into Slivers Not Chunks: Practical Skills to Deal With Everyday Stressors course. After receiving her MSW, she worked as a senior clinical social worker at McLean Hospital and was a primary therapist for college students at Harvard University before moving to her full-time private practice. She is certified in DBT and CBT and is trained in exposure and response prevention (ERP). Her primary interests are working with young adults who have OCD, eating disorders, and anxiety-related concerns.

The brand is committed to making a sustainable lifestyle the new status quo. Her brand wants to make ethical products and eco-friendly choices accessible and the “new norm.”

International Speaker, Trainer, Executive Coach, Author, Radio Show host and Mentor, Judy Hoberman is the founder of Selling in a Skirt. She is President of Walking on the Glass Floor and Selling In A Skirt, companies that are both focused on empowering professional women.

Beauty Editor, Celebrity Makeup Artist, and Marketing Expert, Tayelor Kennedy is the founder and creative director of Kennedy Lifestyle, a media agency specializing in social media management and blog development.

Early in her career, Tayelor utilized her beauty expertise as a representative for Dr. Perricone working with the Connecticut Teen Pageant Association as a promotional makeup artist on QVC Home Shopping Network.  Additionally, she served as the key makeup artist for the legendary Pointer Sisters and as well as the iconic rock band Aerosmith.
