Her debut book, Go Love Yourself, was released in Spring of 2019. Heather has her fingers in many pies (both metaphorically and in real life—she loves pastries); she is a writer, producer, speaker, entrepreneur, yogi, and Yerba Mate enthusiast. And most importantly, a Heart Surrendered Woman.
