Mindfulness is so often linked with meditation, quiet space or even better a retreat to somewhere exotic. What if you could practice mindfulness in the midst of rush hour madness? Street Wisdom not only offers an urban approach to mindfulness but also a way of finding inspiration all around you.

In a nutshell, it’s walking problem-solving. A guided walking experience that allows you to tap into the wisdom of your environment to find answers to problems. Street Wisdom is a global social enterprise and runs free, volunteer-led workshops in over 30 countries. The technology is simple but powerful and our mission is to bring inspiration to streets all over the world – it’s amazing what happens when you slow down. Created by David Pearl, best-selling author and innovator in business, the arts and social change. The Street Wisdom approach to mindfulness has also helped organisations including Google, Lush and Samsung.

From 14-16 September, we are running our annual global event the World Wide Wander. It’s a three-day celebration of slowing down, paying attention and tapping into the wisdom of the streets. Learn a new approach to mindfulness and be a part of this global celebration. It’s free to take part and you can join in from anywhere in the world!

There are three simple ways for you to get involved:

– Join one of many free events taking place all across the world

– Run your own local event. (all you need is a street, we provide all the tools you need including a training webinar led by our founder.)

– Download our free audio guide (Wander Guide) to take part from a street near you.
